Things to do at Willow Tree Family Farm review
Willow tree family farm is a community farm with a woodland walk, play areas and over 400 animals in Shirebrook on the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border. The farm is a registered charity and is run by volunteers. They host annual events at the farm.
Outdoors they have a large sand area bringing the beach inland. There are two jumping pillows for different ages. Plus a large wooden play park with picnic benches in both areas. They have a 12 hole crazy golf course which is available with your tickets.
For under 5s there is a sandpit and play area. The farm park is hands-on with animal petting sessions plus you can purchase animal food from their shop. Animal talks are also available throughout the day. You can walk through their pygmy goat and wallaby walk enclosures. At set times of the day, you can help feed the wallabies, watch sheep and even alpacas race.
Covid 19 – Please check the website or social media of an attraction before visiting. Many places may be open differently and some remain closed. Reviews do not mention all of these changes or possible price changes. Most places still require you to pre-book online in advance.
