Cardiff International Pool and Gym is located within the International Sports Village in Cardiff, South Wales. They have a friendly and inclusive approach to fitness supporting all ages and abilities.

There is something for everyone in their impressive 50m swimming pool. They also have a smaller 25m pool within their leisure pool and there are slow, medium and fast swimming lanes. The leisure pool has a range of fun slides, a play area for smaller kids and a lazy river. The pool has a large spectator seating area. They also offer swimming lessons. The centre’s health suite has a sauna, steam room and spa bath. They also offer a great range of dance classes.
