Checkendon Equestrian

Checkendon Equestrian Centre is located in Checkendon, Oxfordshire. They provide a variety of lessons for every level and ability with regular private and semi-private lessons.

They have been established for over 30 years and they are a leading riding school, livery yard, training and examination centre. They are set in 80 acres of spectacular parkland and woodland in the Oxfordshire Chilterns.

Every Saturday morning they run a Tiny Tots session for ages 3-6 years where parents are required to lead their child’s pony. They also have sessions for young children and beginners which start with a walk in the woods. This is a half-hour ride which is a great introduction to ponies and riding.
