Located at the large entertainment venue of the NEC near Birmingham in the West Midlands is the Cineworld Cinema. It is an 11-screen cinema situated in the Resorts World complex. They show the latest movies for young and old. Cineworld is one of the leading UK multiplex cinema chains. There is a large car park and a range of restaurants plus other leisure facilities nearby. This cinema shows some films in RealD 3D. Their reusable and stylish RealD cinema eyewear looks great and performs spectacularly (glass hire costs £1). Plus they show 2D films. The complex also has an IMAX-enabled screen. IMAX is the world’s most immersive cinema experience and they also show films in IMAX 3D where you can watch films to the fullest.
At this cinema, there is a Starbucks and Baskin Robbins ice cream. Popcorn, drinks, hot dogs and nachos are also available. Movies for junior screenings are available at this location which are discounted sessions for children under 16.
