City Cruises York
Enjoy a leisurely cruise on the River Ouse in York whilst listening to a friendly and knowledgeable live commentary.
What is City Cruises York?
The boats sail from The King’s Staith landing and also the Lendal Bridge landing next to the main river in York. You can admire the scenery either sitting outside up on deck or down below in the saloon.
The commentary is very informative and you will learn something new I’m sure. You will learn about the city’s famous history of flooding, its previous prosperities as an inland port and all about the Romans and Vikings that made this city what it is today. They also have a number of different cruises such as afternoon tea, Santa cruises and floodlit evening cruises and you can even self-hire your own motorboat.
