Crocodiles of the World, the UK’s only crocodile zoo, is located near Brize Norton in Oxfordshire. It is home to over 15 species of crocdiles, they offer hands-on encounters and there is a small play area for the kids.

At the centre, you will come face to face with some of the world’s most feared predators in a fun. safe and stimulating environment. There are under-water viewing areas, daily feeds, talks and you can even book an encounter.

There are both crocodiles and alligators including endangered Siamese crocodiles, Chinese alligators, Nike Crocodiles and American crocodiles. They also have other animals including meerkats, giant tortoises and laughing Kookaburras (they really do laugh). They also have a Komodo dragon, the king of the lizards. They are one of only four zoos to have one in the UK.

They have a variety of experiences, at an additional cost. Children from age 6 can take part in the Junior croc experience, from age 5 they can Meet the meerkats and their Giant Galapagos tortoise experience is for kids from age 5.
