Things to do at Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway review
Eastbourne Miniature steam railway is located in Eastbourne, East Sussex. It is a family-friendly adventure park with a miniature railway, play areas and more.
The famous one-eight scale miniature trains travel for nearly a mile around the country park. There is a small tunnel and it’s a great way of seeing the park. They have both steam and diesel miniature trains which you sit on rather than sit in. You can enjoy a nature walk around the five-acre lake. There is a large play park with an area for toddlers that includes a slide, swings and picnic tables. Plus a row of brightly painted house to play in that are set out like a street. Most of the houses also have an upstairs in them.
There is also a larger play area for bigger kids, a gnome village and a model train shed.
Please note – Most places may still require you to pre-book online in advance. Some venues also still have certain areas closed for safety reasons. Please check their website and/or social media pages before visiting.
