Escape Hunt Manchester review

Escape Hunt Manchester is located at the Corn Exchange. The escape rooms are packed with excitement and you can tackle various challenges as a family. Together you will work as a team to find clues, solve puzzles and missions. The best group sizes are between two and six.

You and your teammates will get locked in a themed room and you have to find and solve a series of clues in order to escape. The experiences are completely immersive, utterly addictive, entertaining and lots of fun. There are 6 different themed rooms available at this location. Together you will step into their highly immersive 5* escape rooms. Once inside you can’t take any photos and what happens in the room stays in the room. Brand new worlds are re-created in epically themed rooms.

Quests may include Alice in Puzzleland, The Fourth Samurai, Doctor Who Worlds Collide, Blackbeard’s Treasure, The Last Vikings and Escape the Wild West. There are no 3D Virtual Reality, computer-generated rooms at this venue.

The challenges are recommended for anyone age 8 and over unless otherwise stated. The real challenge is to complete what’s asked of you before the time runs out, each quest lasts for 60 minutes with the whole experience lasts around 90 minutes. There’s a quick briefing before you enter your chosen room and afterwards, you can enjoy their lounge area with an in-house bar and photo opportunity space.

Escape Hunt Manchester also offer outdoor adventures. Outdoor games are for ages 8 and up. Using your smart device you can explore your city through an incredible adventure that blurs reality and fiction using a combination of augmented reality and geolocation technology. The outdoor games last for between 1.5 and 2 hours, you should allow 2.5 hours for the whole experience. You can even take on challenges at home with remote escape rooms, print and play or digital games.
