The Festival Park Owl Sanctuary is located in the Ebbw Vale area of Monmouthshire. They were established in 1998 for the rehabilitation and care of injured and abandoned birds of prey. Some of the birds cannot be released for various reasons so they stay with them at the sanctuary. They are open to the public.
The sanctuary is free to enter as they are run as a charity. They do accept donations as after all the sanctuary could not remain open without donations.
