Go Ape at Rivington near Bolton in Lancashire is set in picturesque scenery with rugged hills, reservoirs and a woodland bursting with wildlife. The site is home to a Treetop Challenge.

Treetop Challenge – There are 13-metre high platforms and a fun free, -falling Tarzan Swing. This is the only Go Ape location to feature a zip wire over water. The challenge takes 2 to 3 hours to navigate your way around. There is a minimum age of 10 years and a minimum height of 1.4m.

Duration times including safety briefings. Once you’ve had your treetop fun you could explore the local area. You could head into Rivington which has been described as one of the prettiest villages in Lancashire. Rivington Pike is a popular hiking destination. There’s also Rivington Terraced gardens to discover with hidden paths, caves, structures and lakes.
