Things to do at Golden Retriever Experience review
Please note due to the popularity of the Golden Retriever Experience this is something that you must pre-book in advance (often a long time in advance). There are many different reasons why people book on this experience from those who can’t own a dog, to those with learning difficulties or those that are suffering a pet bereavement. The experiences are also often bought as gifts.
They are based in the quiet countryside of Exmoor National Park and they are surrounded by rolling hills. Your experience will be filled with dog fun including doggy cuddles and playing fetch. It’s a great way to find out what it’s really like to own a dog and it’s a great place for nervous human beings to learn to trust their dogs.
Their dogs are really friendly and they all enjoy the contact and fuss from humans. The attraction is family-run and it’s the only place in the UK where you and your family can have a personal encounter with a pack of trained Golden Retrievers. They were founded in 2017 when they decided to share their love of these dogs with the world, especially with those who aren’t fortunate enough to own a dog themselves.
They accept everyone and of all ages. There only as is that children are respectful of the dogs. You can have as few or as many golden retrievers on your experience as you want. They are an outdoor experience, if the weather is bad you are welcome to reschedule.
Covid 19 – Please check the website or social media of an attraction before visiting. Many places may be open differently and some remain closed. Reviews do not mention all of these changes or possible price changes. Most places still require you to pre-book online in advance.
