Linacre Reservoir
Linacre Reservoir is located near Cutthorpe, Derbyshire. There are three reservoirs that were built between 1855 and 1904. Linacre is open to visitors.

There are lots of activities that you can take part in at Linacre including cycling and walking. You can download a useful map from their website with routes and trails. There are many species of birds at the reservoirs. The footpaths and viewpoints give you opportunities to take them all in.
Their walking trails are suitable for big and little legs. You can explore the site using the paths that weave around the reservoirs and through the wooded valley. Horses are also welcome and there is a public bridleway. Throughout the year they offer a number of events, including family-friendly activities. You are welcome to bring a picnic although BBQs are not permitted.
