Mote Park

Mote Park is a 440-acre park located in Maidstone, Kent. Previously a country estate it is now a landscaped park and is home to a wide range of recreational facilities.

What is there to do at Mote Park?

The park itself has a number of natural features including grassland, woodland, rivers and a 30-acre lake. It is a great place to enjoy walking or cycling with lots of paths and trails to follow. For the more adventurous there is a BMX track which is free to use.

For a different experience, Segways are available to hire and there is a dedicated course. Also in the park, there is a model railway and children’s play areas. This includes a natural woodland play area for ages 8-15 years and a skate park.

Mote Park Outdoor Adventure has a 32-foot sky trail and a 32-foot climbing wall, a Segway course and a 9-hole Dino mini golf course. There is also a water sports centre with rowing, windsurfing, pedalos, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding and boat hire.

There is a cafe serving food and drinks. You are welcome to picnic outdoors.

Most facilities at the park are free. Adventure activities and watersports have a charge.
