What is there to do at the National Forest Adventure Farm?

There is a JCB dig zone. They have digger arms you can dig with for £1 a go. There is also a large sandpit and a JCB outdoor climbing wall. Plus quad bikes also at £1 a go. They have a large indoor animal barn with sheep, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs and donkeys. In the Spring you can help feed their lambs (and enjoy lambing live). You can purchase animal food when you arrive. There are also plenty of animals waiting to be fed outdoors in the paddocks.

There is a Jurassic Canyon sandpit and fossil dig which even has a wooden shelter if the weather isn’t too good. Other attractions include a Barrel stampede ride where kids sit in barrels that are pulled along a track by a tractor. They have two jumping pillows, a splash pad in the warmer months, a beat-the-goalie game and an assault course.

The indoor soft play area is really big, it has a number of slides including a drop slide. They also have smaller play frames for younger children. You can also play with pretend bricks by sending them up a conveyor belt and waiting for them to slide back down. Outdoors they now have a large jumping pillow and a crazy golf course plus a huge super slide open in good weather conditions. This is the UK’s longest outdoor slide and there is an additional charge for this plus height restrictions apply.
