Things to do at Northfield Farm Riding and Trekking Centre

The riding centre was first opened in 1976. The village of Flash is England’s highest village. They offer a variety of rides so that they can accommodate riders of all abilities. Their 1-hour ride is the shortest and it is a circular and quiet amble along the local lanes. This is ideal for young children or very nervous riders.

Their 2-hour ride follows the old pack horse trails to the local beauty spot of Three Shires Head. This is a very scenic trail on quiet lanes and off-road trails. This is suitable for all levels as the more experienced riders can divide away. They then have a choice of faster-paced rides including day rides. The venue also offers riding breaks including a two-day trail ride.
