Museum Overview
SeaCity Museum is located in the Cultural Quarter of Southampton in Hampshire. The museum is the area’s leading interactive attraction and the home of Southampton’s Titanic story.
In the museum, you can discover the story of the RMS Titanic and how the tragedy affected the city and people of Southampton. There is a large interactive model of Titanic, recorded messages of its passengers of the fateful night and original objects from the ship.
You can also learn more about the past 200,000 years of Southampton’s history from Roman Traders to Saxon settlers, WWII and the introduction of the docks. One of the most impressive displays is a large model of the Queen Mary ship which was first launched in 1936.
