Sywell Country Park

Sywell Country Park

Sywell Country Park is located on a former drinking water reservoir and has a beautiful expanse of water to walk around, a sandpit outdoor play area, a woodland play area with tunnels and a famous big slide. Plus an indoor play area for the little ones which is attached to the Pump House café.

The 3-mile walk around the reservoir is mostly gravelled and great to wear out the kids. It is suitable for a buggy although maybe a little bumpy but that helps the little ones go to sleep! The sandpit play area & water pump is always popular with younger children & there are 2 baby swings. One basket swing is good for the older kids & the sand is always clean and soft.

Events are held throughout the year with Nature Tots being popular with the little ones, minibeast days and Nordic walking. Dogs are welcome around the park but not in the sand play area. Cycling is not permitted within Sywell Country Park.
