Things to do at The Hole in Wand review
The Hole in Wand is a new Wizard themed attraction located on Coppergate Walk in York, North Yorkshire. It’s a small, but fun indoor crazy golf course with wizarding drinks.
There are 9 magical holes to take on at Coppergate shopping centre. On the course you will find bubbling cauldrons, magic portals and a giant picture frame where you become part of the painting. It’s a great place for Harry Potter fans. The holes are pretty small but they’re certainly not lacking fun or character.
At the end of the 9 holes of crazy golf you will find out what your powers are. Are you a Serpent, a Basilisk, a Unicorn or a Wizard? Each player can take home a magic potion gift of their very own.
There is even a Wizard pub with themed drinks and food including poisonous options for grown-up spell makers. You don’t need to book a round of crazy golf to visit the tavern. They even sell Butterscotch beer with an alcoholic version for adults. You can even purchase a ticket that includes a potion drink. Children must be 3 years and over to play.
Please note – Most places may still require you to pre-book online in advance. Some venues also still have certain areas closed for safety reasons. Please check their website and/or social media pages before visiting.
