Thornton Hall Country Park is a family-friendly farm park with animal encounters, play areas and more. It is an award-winning family-run park near Thornton-in-craven, North Yorkshire.
Things to do at Thornton Hall Country Park?
The farm has a great range of daily activities so make sure you find out what’s on and plan your day accordingly. They have animal petting sessions, egg collecting, farmyard tours, lamb and calf feeding (seasonal), paddock walk, pony grooming and pig brushing.
They also have a great range of animals, to meet at the farm including llamas, goats, alpacas, ponies, pigs, birds and more. They have indoor and outdoor play areas plus huge jumping pillows.
There are also some fun rides at the farm including a 5-minute barrel ride (£2 per barrel). Pony rides (£3.00 each). Junior quad bikes (£5 each). Plus a Farm Safari which is a 25-minute safari with fabulous views of 200 acres of farmland, woodland, quarry, and deer park (£3.50 pp). (Rides are weather permitting).

There is a diner serving hot and cold food and drinks. You are welcome to bring a picnic.

What are the ticket prices?
A child standard ticket purchased in advance online costs £12.95, adults £9.95, under 2s £6.95 and under 1s are free. On-the-day tickets are an additional £2 each. Weekday farm tickets are cheaper online at £7.95 a child, £5.95 an adult and under 2s £4.95 (under 1s still free, ). Please note: special events, pricing varies.
