Things to do at Thorpe Park Resort review
Thorpe Park Resort is one of the largest theme parks in the UK. It is owned by Merlin Entertainment and located near Chertsey in Surrey. It has a great number of rides and attractions with something to suit all ages.
This is the theme park in the UK for thrill rides. There are many thrilling roller coaster rides (with height restrictions) including The Swarm that reaches speeds of almost 60mph, Nemesis Inferno with 750 metres of twisted track, Samurai that spins you around 60ft above the ground and many more.
There are rides that will get you wet and take you high in the air. There’s also plenty of rides for the younger visiter including a Tug boat swing boat, a banana ride, mini rollercoaster, teacups and more.
Other attractions include a man-made beach, an Angry Birds 4D experience, a Water Park, Escape rooms and a Black Mirror labyrinth. If you’re feeling really brave there’s even a Derren Brown Ghost Ride and a Walking Dead ride.
The Theme Park also has Shark Cabins that you can stay in.
Please note – Most places may still require you to pre-book online in advance. Some venues also still have certain areas closed for safety reasons. Please check their website and/or social media pages before visiting.
