Velvet Hall Alpacas

Velvet Hall Alpacas is located near Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders. It is home to a herd of alpacas and they are open for visitors.
After nearly 8 years they have built up a strong herd of over 30 award-winning alpacas. They offer trekking experiences to meet all your requirements in the beautiful Tweed Valley countryside. Their adorable alpacas love going out trekking and adults and children of all ages are pretty much guaranteed to fall in love with them.
They offer trekking on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Their visit days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Children must be 7 years or over to walk one of their alpacas. Their treks last for 1 hour. Your wall will include an introduction to their alpacas and you will then help lead them on a walk through the forests and up onto the hilltops for some panoramic views.
