Volcano Falls Adventure Golf is located in the large Xscape building at Castleford, West Yorkshire. They have two 18-hole courses at Volcano Falls. There is a T-Rex trail course and a Volcano Valley course.

Things to do at Volcano Falls Castleford review

The T-Rex adventure golf course is more a test of skill than getting around objects. They advertise themselves as a windmill-free, zone. They are adventure mini-golf, not crazy golf. Nearly all the holes have a small slope to them. This makes it more challenging than a lot of mini-golf courses that we have played.

The great thing about the courses is the theming. They have put a lot of effort into making the courses look fun. It feels like you are walking back in the time of the T-Rex with plants, boulders and even a T-Rex that moves and sounds very realistic. Plus a thunderstorm while we were playing and other fun sound effects. Each course takes around 40 minutes to complete. I wouldn’t recommend taking a buggy with you. The space between the holes is tight and there isn’t really anywhere to put one.

Volcano Falls does not sell food and drinks, however, there are plenty of restaurants within the Xscape building.

They have lots of other pricing options. Adult single-ticket £8, 6-15 years £6, 5 years and under £3.50. Both courses are adult £14, 6-15 years £10, 5 years and under £6. Plus more.
