War of the Worlds Immersive Experience
In London you can book tickets to the War of the World Immersive Experience. There you will experience a real Martian invasion with live actors, multi-sensory effects and the music from Jeff Wayne’s iconic score. There are 24 interactive scenes to explore which use cutting edge technology.
You’re not just watching, you are put right inside the action. The sets are incredible and through virtual reality each scene is brought to life in an interactive way. You will feel the earth shake and through the 3D immersive sound, holographic projection, scents, heat, VR and more you will feel part of the action. Expect surprises and suspense but most of all fun. Most people don’t find it too scary!
Jeff Wayne has meticulously overseen every aspect of this experience. This includes the script, sets, costumes, VR, lighting, sound design and even the merchandise. For each performance there is a maximum of 12 attendees. The experience lasts for 1 hour and 50 minutes and includes a 20-minute interval. This experience is recommended for those aged 10 and over. Children aged 10-15 will require parental consent via a waiver prior to admission and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
