Things to do at Waterworld Stoke review
Waterworld in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire is considered to be one of the UK’s top aqua parks. Located in Festival Park it first opened in 1989 and as well as the fun pool there is also crazy golf. Waterworld is for the whole family to enjoy.
There is a range of thrill-seeking rides including the Space Bowl and a Black Hole. Some of the rides have height restrictions. You can relax on a sun lounger on their beach or chill out in the hot tub. There is an outdoor pool including a bubble pool.
Toddlers aren’t left out as there are slides especially suited to them. Younger children can also ride on their medium slides that are for children under the age of 8. There is also an interactive jungle house suitable for children under 1.1m tall with nets, water cannons, a rope bridge and more.
Plus there is a wave pool, a lazy river ride, rapids (children must be over 8 and strong swimmers), racing slides and more. Other thrill slides include the Nucleus, the Python, Twister white knuckle ride, super flume, thunderbolt, storm chaser, hurricane and cyclone.
They can also host your child’s birthday party. You can also purchase a combined ticket that includes a swimming session and 18 holes on one of two courses at the adventure mini golf next door.
Please note – Most places may still require you to pre-book online in advance. Some venues also still have certain areas closed for safety reasons. Please check their website and/or social media pages before visiting.
