The board at this hotel is all-inclusive. Included is a buffet and a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is worth knowing that not all restaurants are open daily. Also included are snacks at set times, selected local-brand and premium alcohol, soft drinks, tea and coffee. Rooms have a minibar which is restocked daily with beer, water and soft drinks. There are six restaurants on-site plus pizza and grill places. Four of the five a la carte restaurants are included as part of your package. The hotel also has 6 bars, 3 of which are swim-up bars. 

Other facilities include tennis courts, water volleyball, kayaks and archery and there is a daytime activity programme. Adults can relax at the Vassa Spa which has a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub and a range of treatments. There is also an on-site gym just for adults. Kids can also enjoy spa treatments.

In the daytime children aged 4-12 can take part in activities at the Azulitos Play House. This can be booked in the resort. They also host children’s parties and movies a few times a week. In the evening all the family can enjoy magic and musical shows.

At this hotel, families can book a family suite with a pool or garden view. These can sleep up to 4 people. Or there are family suites which can sleep up to 5 people. Their luxury suites can sleep up to 4 people and you can even upgrade to a swim-up suite that sleeps up to 3 people.
