All stays at this hotel are on an all-inclusive basis. This package includes a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with themed evenings. If you stay for a week you can also visit both the Italian restaurant and the American Diner. Also included are snacks, ice cream for kids plus local-brand beet, wine, spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee. An Al-Fresco Beach Club restaurant is open between mid-April and mid-September as well. There are a few bars to choose from including a piano bar and an Irish pub bar.

Over at the Beach Club, there is a waterpark. This has fun features for all the family including waterslides, rubber rings and more. You can also use the indoor pool at select times with kids. Importantly there is a daily part-refundable deposit for use of the inflatable rings and the wave pool has a minimum height of 1.2m.

There are a number of other exciting facilities at this hotel. Some of these have an additional charge. Children from the age of 3 right up to adults can take part in a Swim Academy with lessons by ASA-qualified teachers. There is also a Football Academy for ages 4-15 with FA or UEFA-qualified coaches. You can challenge your family to a round of minigolf and braver guests can take on the aerial adventure course. Plus there is a multi-sports court, indoor golf driving net, basketball, 2 playgrounds, billiards, darts and more. 

Adults can unwind in the spa which has a glass-walled pool area, whirlpool baths and massage treatments. Access to a gym is part of your all-inclusive package. You can also book a number of treatments. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception and a handy mini-market.

Their on-site HV Kid’s Club is split into different age groups. There is one for ages 3-5, another for 6-8-year-olds and one for 9-12 years. These are open seven days a week and most activities are free. In high season you can also make use of the HV creche which is manned by TUI trained staff and is for little ones aged 0-35.

In the evening a highly trained cast of entertainers offers an exciting and diverse range of shows and fun activities. This includes themed nights, pop shows, bingo, kids’ entertainment, karaoke and more. There is also a mini-disco and a cinema. Teens aren’t left out as they can get together in The Zone where they can try out an array of activities. This is open in the high season.

There are 1 bedroom apartments that can sleep up to 5 people. These have either a balcony or a terrace. They are equipped with a kitchen and lounge area and you can choose to upgrade to a sea view or a pool view. If you have 6 people in your party you can also book a 1 bedroom family room which has more space on offer.
