Set on the south‑east coast of Rhodes, the Princess Andriana Resort and Spa sits in Kiotari, a laid‑back resort area in Greece where life revolves around long Blue Flag sands and calm, shallow waters. The beach is just 350 metres from the hotel, reached by a short stroll, and Kiotari’s small centre with shops and cafés is around 500 metres away. Transfers from Rhodes Airport take about 2 hours 15 minutes, giving you a straightforward journey into one of the island’s most relaxed regions. The setting blends quiet coastal scenery with easy access to the sea, making it ideal for families who want a peaceful base with everything close by.
Highlights
A standout feature here is the full waterpark, with a main tower of eight slides, an aqua tower offering six more, plus a splash park and spray ground that keep both kids and teens busy all day. The sleek walk‑in main pool adds a more relaxed option, backed up by an indoor pool for quieter swims, and the beach is just across the road via a private underpass. Stylish bars, an all‑day restaurant overlooking the pools, landscaped grounds and a polished spa give the whole place a modern, upscale feel, while the huge range of sports and activities means there’s always something to dip into between pool time and beach time.

Your Board Basis
Board at this hotel is all-Inclusive. This covers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main Medallion Restaurant, along with selected snacks and local alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks. One visit per stay to each of the à la carte restaurants is also included when booked in advance, with certain premium dishes and drinks carrying an extra charge.
Dining spans the Medallion buffet plus four à la carte options: Moonlight, Thalassa, Royal Grill and Bella Vista. Bars include Coral Bar, Fresh Bar, Pearl Pool Bar, Prestige Lounge Bar and the Beach Bar across the road, giving you a mix of daytime drinks, poolside cocktails and relaxed evening spaces.
Additional Activities
The main pool is a large, walk‑in lagoon‑style pool with steps leading into turquoise water, and kids also have their own separate pool. On top of that, there’s a full on=site waterpark open from 10.00–17.30, with a main waterslide tower featuring 8 slides, an aqua tower with 6 more slides, plus a splash park and spray ground. Waterslides have a height restriction of over 1.2m, and there are sunbeds and parasols around the pool areas, as well as an indoor pool for quieter swims. An all‑day restaurant overlooks the pools, and there’s another bar just a few steps from the beach, where you’ll also find sunbeds and parasols.
Beyond the pools and waterpark, there is tennis with floodlights, mini‑football, aqua aerobics, aerobics, volleyball, table tennis, darts, minigolf, archery, billiards, two padel tennis courts and more. There’s also a playground that children can use independently as long as an adult supervises. Landscaped gardens, sun terraces and plenty of loungers make it easy to relax between dips, and the underpass to the beach means you can switch between pool, slides and sea without leaving the resort bubble.
Entertainment
Evenings centre around the amphitheatre, where the entertainment team puts on shows, quizzes and a regular Greek night that’s a favourite with guests. Live music also features, and the lobby bar keeps things sociable with cocktails and local wine. It’s a relaxed, family‑friendly setup where you can dip into the entertainment as much or as little as you like.
For children, there’s a miniclub for ages 4 to 12, running Monday to Saturday with morning and afternoon sessions, giving younger guests structured activities while parents unwind. Later on, the mini‑disco runs from 20.30 to 21.15, offering a fun way for kids to round off the day before the main evening entertainment begins.
Room Options
TUI offers a mix of modern, spacious rooms and suites, many of which work really well for families thanks to their layout and the amount of usable space. The family rooms give you a proper divide between sleeping areas, so adults and children aren’t all in one open space, and the décor is clean and contemporary throughout. Some options come with private pools or swim‑up access, which is a big bonus for families who like easy, all‑day water time without needing to head to the main pool or waterpark. These room types also tend to have larger terraces, making them great for quiet downtime once the kids are asleep.
There are also deluxe rooms and suites that offer more room to spread out, plus upgraded touches that suit longer stays. Whether you choose a standard family room or a swim‑up option, all the accommodation focuses on comfort, modern styling and practical layouts that make life easier for families, especially those who want quick access to the pools, waterpark and beach without trekking across the resort.
Rooms come with air‑conditioning, Wi‑Fi, a TV, a mini‑fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and a safe. You also get a modern bathroom with either a bath or shower, plus toiletries and a hairdryer. Most room types include a balcony or terrace, giving you extra outdoor space, and upgraded options like swim‑ups or private pools add larger terraces and direct water access.
