Guests stay on an All Inclusive basis, which covers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main Stripes International Restaurant. All Inclusive also includes selected local-brand alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, tea, coffee and snacks at set times. Those on All Inclusive can also enjoy one meal per stay at each of the four speciality restaurants: Reef American Grill, Kyklos Greek Restaurant, Lemongrass Pan‑Asian Restaurant and Braseiro Brazilian Steakhouse, with advance booking required. Braseiro carries a surcharge, and a small number of dishes in the other speciality restaurants also have surcharges.

The resort centres around a big lagoon‑style outdoor pool with waterfalls, geysers and plenty of space for relaxing on airbeds and sunloungers. There’s also a dedicated kids’ pool, plus an adults‑only pool with a swim‑up bar for quieter downtime. The standout feature is the full on‑site waterpark, which includes seven waterslides designed for both children and adults, along with a large splash zone that keeps younger guests busy for hours. A Jacuzzi® sits beside the main lagoon pool, adding a more laid‑back option for guests who want to unwind.
