Billy Bobs Parlour
Billy Bob’s Parlour is an ice cream parlour with a 1950s diner and play areas near Skipton in North Yorkshire. It also has an original soda fountain, and its play areas are outdoors and undercover. It combines a retro American diner with brilliant indoor and outdoor play areas that keep children entertained from the moment they arrive. Families can enjoy homemade ice cream, classic diner favourites and a warm, nostalgic atmosphere, all while the kids explore a mix of imaginative play spaces designed for different ages.
Inside, Billy Bob’s features two themed play barns. The Under 7s Play Barn is perfect for younger children, offering a colourful soft‑play world filled with gentle slides, padded climbing areas and plenty of room for imaginative adventures. It’s a safe, enclosed space where little ones can explore confidently while parents relax nearby. The Over 7s Play Barn provides a more energetic challenge, with higher platforms, bigger slides, climbing nets and adventurous obstacles that give older children the freedom to burn off energy in a supervised, family‑friendly environment. The barns are separated so each age group has a space tailored to their abilities.
Alongside the indoor barns, Billy Bob’s also offers a fantastic outdoor playground, completely free for customers to use. This area includes wooden climbing structures, slides and open space for running, climbing and exploring. It’s ideal for extending your visit, letting children enjoy fresh air and outdoor fun before or after your meal.
