Herrings Green Activity Farm is a family-friendly attraction in Wilstead, Bedfordshire. There is lots to do there with a great daily programme. It’s a great place to spend a few hours.

What is there to do at Herrings Green Activity Farm?

The centre is home to one of the UK’s largest collections of birds of prey. They have over 200 birds for you to see. There is so much going on throughout the day with owl handling, flying displays, tractor and trail rides (peak season) and critter shows. Plus talks, pony/donkey grooming, close encounters and alpaca meet and greets.

There are fun things to play on including ride-on tractors and a seasonal, bouncy castle. Kids will love the ice cream and milkshake shack. There is a fun pirate-themed outdoor playground and of course, plenty of farm animals, to meet.

They also offer experiences and these are aimed at children. There is a young falconers club plus they also have junior bird of prey experiences. These can be full-day or half-day experiences.

What are the ticket prices?

£7.95 for an adult, £5.95 for children aged 2-15. Under 2’s are free. Falconry experiences have an additional cost.
