Sutton On Sea Beach

Sutton On Sea Beach

Sutton On Sea is one of the quieter tourist beaches, on the Lincolnshire coast. It is just a short drive from the larger and busier Mablethorpe. Like the vast majority of the Lincolnshire beaches, it has a wonderfully large sandy beach that’s perfect for sandcastles and general playing in the sand.

Sutton On Sea does have some of what you expect from a seaside town it’s just all a bit more low-key. There are pretty beach huts which you can rent. Plus very close to the beach, there is a shallow paddling pool with water jets which the kids will love. There is also a small playground next to this and some public toilets.

There are places to purchase fish and chips and purchase seaside essentials just in case you have forgotten something. Plus a few other places where you can purchase food and drinks. If you don’t fancy getting covered in sand there’s a lovely long promenade alongside the beach which you can go for a stroll along. There is a lifeguard over the summer.
