Worsbrough Mill is a 17th-century working watermill that is set in a 240-acre country park near Worsbrough in South Yorkshire. It is a museum that has recently received extra funding to include new interactive display panels around the site.

Things to do at Worsbrough Mill and Country Park

Visitors can tour the working watermill and learn all about the milling process from beginning to end. The mill produces a range of premium-quality organic flowers. Tours of the mill and demonstrations take place regularly throughout the year. You can also explore the country park either on foot or by bike. There is a 60-acre reservoir that is a haven for wildlife and regularly attracts birdwatchers and anglers.

There are three walks within the boundaries of the park. The Owl Walk is a 5km walk that incorporates many past industries, this path can be muddy. The Badger walk is a 3.5km walk that is fairly level and suitable for wheelchairs. The Fox Walk is also fairly level and again suitable for wheelchairs, this is approximately 2km in length. You can pick up leaflets about the walks from the Mill shop and tea room.

There is a playground on-site. The play equipment is designed for children up to eight years of age and has been chosen to ensure access for all children regardless of their physical abilities.
