Park Hall Countryside Experience is a family-friendly farm park where you can meet their animals, plus there are indoor and outdoor play areas and museums. The farm park is near Whittington in Shropshire.

What is there to do at Park Hall Countryside Experience?

The park has an outdoor toy tractor circuit including pedal go-karts. There is also a barrel train ride where kids are pulled along in barrels by a tractor. Outdoors there are two adventure playgrounds with a crazy farm adventure course and a woodland adventure play area. There is a really unique climbing structure, zip wire, play village and more. You can also enjoy nature walks in Sycamore Wood. Kids can even have a go at driving Landrovers in the child-friendly driving school.

Indoors they have a sand and water activity zone including a Giant Whirlpool, trickle tables, a wave tank, rocky rapids and a duck race. A change of clothes is recommended. There is also Little Oswestry which is a cute role play village for younger children. If you are over 1 metre tall you can have a go on their demon drop slide. There is also a soft play area including Brickworks-themed play.

There are plenty of animals, including goats, sheep, alpacas, ponies and more. Plus you can enjoy pig racing held twice a day. You can even scramble through Burrowland and see their rabbits in their outdoor environment, you can also join in petting sessions. You can also enjoy a covered tractor-trailer ride around some of the farm. There are four museums at the farm. With WWI and WWII trenches, a Victorian school, a Welsh Guards collection and an Iron Age Roundhouse. They host a range of family-friendly events, throughout the year.

Is there food and drink available?

There is a cafe serving hot and cold food and drinks. You are welcome to bring a picnic.

Farm park with themed museums, indoor sand and water play, soft play and village, outdoor adventure play areas, animals, mini land rovers and more. There are toilets and a cafe.

What are the ticket prices?

A peak-time adult or child ticket costs £11.95 and children aged under 2 are free. Off-peak £8.95 each.

Park Hall is closed from Christmas Day until mid-February. For up-to-date opening times please visit their website.
