Haven has a fantastic range of holiday parks across the UK. Many of them are also very near a beach, some even have direct beach access from the holiday park. Haven is home of the seaside holidays and in this post, we will take a look at some of the best family-friendly sites next to or near a beach. This list is based on reviews, experience, the beach itself and the park’s on-site facilities. We do the hard work so you don’t have to. Many of the beaches are also dog-friendly. All of the Haven parks listed below have day and nighttime entertainment for all the family. This varies from week to week so make sure you familiarise yourselves with the itinerary before you arrive. Some activities may need to be pre-booked.
Primrose Valley Haven – Filey – North Yorkshire
Address: Primrose Ave, Primrose Valley, Filey YO14 9RF
Information – Our favourite Haven holiday park, Primrose Valley is located right by the sea. It is a steep walk down to the beach but once there you will be rewarded with great views towards Filey and some golden sand. This is one of the best beaches in Yorkshire and it’s great for a fun family day out or a walk along the beach where dogs are permitted.
This is one of Haven’s biggest sites and there is an abundance of things to do on-site. There are two indoor swimming pools one of which has slides and a kid’s splash area plus an outdoor pool.
